Here's our pick of golf resorts in each Thailand golf destination Bangkok, Pattaya/Rayong, Phuket, Hua Hin, Khao Yai, Khanchanaburi, and Chiang Mai.
Best Golf Resort in Bangkok - The Peninsula Hotel & Thai Country Club
Hmmm, there arent many golf resorts in Bangkok, and really the only golf resort in Bangkok isnt on our Christmas card list.
So, the next best thing is the Peninsula Hotel, which owns and operates Thai Country Club.
Sure, the course is an hour away from the hotel, but who cares when youre cruising in a BMW Series 7.
Brown-nose service wherever you go, including the golf course, and although the course design is nothing to write home about, the course conditions are immaculate and clubhouse jaw-dropping.
Although Thai Country Club is not really a Golf resort, we include it because we can.

Best Golf Resort in Chiang Mai Chiang Mai Highlands
Once complete, this will be another outstanding full service golf resort in Thailand.
The golf course is already receiving widespread favourable reviews and acclaim from experts in the industry and once the accommodation is
finished it is sure to become the envy of other golf resorts in Chiang Mai.
This is the home of Golfthink Chiang Mai and with Canadian PGA Director of Golf, Chiang Mai Highlands is the perfect
choice for a bit of learning and relaxation in Thailands fastest growing golf destination

Best Golf Resort in Phuket - Blue Canyon Country Club
Not really a resort, but it has a half-decent lodge and now luxury apartments for the Tiger Woods wallets of the world.
The golf courses, Canyon and Lakes, are top 10 golf courses in Thailand, and although the green fees area amongst the highest in Thailand,
you must play both to know why. As far as golf resorts in Thailand go, Blue Canyon Country Club has been at the top of most golfers lists for many years and they finally seem to be getting the recipe right for success.
A little far from Patong, so if you want to be close to the nightlife, this golf resort may not be your thing.

Best Golf Resort in Hua Hin Springfield Village Golf & Spa
Golf resorts in Hua Hin are plentiful, and in fact, most of the golf courses in Hua Hin are, in some form or another, golf resorts.
However, the cream of the crop has to be Springfield Village Golf & Spa.
This Hua Hin golf resort is where our good friend and competitor Pro Tony Meechai is Director of Golf.
Springfield Golf Resort boasts an 18-hole championship standard golf course designed by Jack Nicklaus, Springfield Village,
where room rates range between THB 5,000 and THB 20,000 depending on room type and time of visit, and of course Springfield Spa, which makes it one of the few true golf resorts in Thailand.

Best Golf Resort in Pattaya/Rayong - St Andrews 2000 (& Rayong Green Valley Country Club)
This is not really a resort, with the website itself stating resort-style accommodation.
However, it does have two of the best courses in Pattaya/Rayong.
If you dont mind three star service (dont be fooled that its anything else) and accommodation,
and are most interested in playing golf, then this is the golf resort in Pattaya/Rayong for you.
Food is a little disappointing, but stick to the Thai and youll be ok. Can get very busy during high season and is popular with Korean golfers, so if theyre not your favourite, then go low season (Mar-Oct).

Best Golf Resort in Khao Yai - Kirimaya
Kirimaya Golf Resort is for discerning golfers looking for the ultimate golf resort and retreat in Thailand.
Play golf everyday because there isnt much else to do in Khao Yai except see a few monkeys in the National Park.
The resort rooms are outstanding, and you pay for it, with room rates starting at THB 9,000, upwards of THB 30,000.
The golf course is one of, if not the best, in Thailand, and you will want to bring youre A-game to challenge this awesome course. Congratulations must go to the owners of Kirimaya for restoring this course to what it deserves to be
a world-class golf resort that is not only one of Thailands best golf resorts, but surely the worlds.
